I wanted to try spotify because I`ve hear good stuf about it but here in Chile the web page say that its still not avaible in this country. there is a way that allows me to use it with some kind of proxy or something like it. Thanks.

You'll want to use a public VPN service that offers connectivity back to Sweden, Norway, Finland, the UK, France, Spain or the Netherlands (see Supported Countries)
There are lots of paid, and some free options out there.
Unfortunately I have to vote to close this as Spotify isn't a web application (yet)
